The main purpose of this project is to improve social and economic status of the most vulnerable women who have seriously affected by the current crises, through the provision of vocational training and psychosocial counselling sessions to 100 women in Guzara district of Herat Province of Afghanistan. In addition, another purpose of this grant is to empower the capacity of HBDO leadership and management team to improve their institutional capacity to deliver better quality services of the people of concern.
