Herai Banoo Development Organization (HBDO) is an Afghan women-led NGO founded on November 07, 2015, under registration number No. 3739 with the Ministry of Economy in Afghanistan. HBDO’s core mandate is advocating the at-risk women and children to reach their full potential through running women empowerment initiatives, child protection, and community mobilization in Herat, Afghanistan.

HBDO is a newly established NGO, it has a dedicated leadership team full of energy, experience, and qualification in women empowerment, protection, and advocacy. They got this experience working at different national and international NGOs in Afghanistan.
